OUR LOA (Ledgewood Owners’ Association) is a grassroots coalition of homeowners who are passionate about promoting UOA governance that reflects the values and needs of the Ledgewood community. We focus on helping the current UOA (Unit Owners Association) allow for more direct representation and accountability. As a collective, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant, self-managed neighborhood where all residents are heard and respected through the exercise of free speech. We are the watch dogs over the UOA and their governance to help them become good fiduciaries and not our Landlords.
